It is recommended to maintain a specific gravity range of 1.020-1.026 at a temperature of 77°F when using this product. Each 1.4 lbs. of Reef Crystals is specially formulated to create 5 gallons of saltwater with a specific gravity of 1.021. Our marine salt has been designed to set the pH of your tank between 8.0 and 8.3 while providing a dKH level between 7 and 10.

By using Instant Ocean Reef Crystals, you can encourage the growth of stony coral and coralline algae. The product contains a chelator that effectively removes metals from the solution, ensuring a clean and safe environment for your marine life. In addition, the essential ocean reef elements in this product are found in concentrations greater than those in natural seawater.
